After The Shower comes from a volume of stories entitled " Are You a Survivor" which Karen Condon wrote during and after her treatment for breast cancer in 2001 and 2002. The title refers to a question she was asked at a breast cancer support group theday after her diagnosis. She lives in Springfield, Massachusetts. Brown Street Press is proud to release Karen's novel, Are you a Survivor? which went on sale on sale in November 2008.
